Dr. Greg Wendell, DDS, BSc
My family and I moved to Spruce Grove 36 years ago. Here, I had the opportunity to finish high school and then go on to the University of Alberta, where I completed my Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology and then my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. After working alongside Dr. Wally Lehman for six years, I ventured out on my own into solo practice in 1994. My first clinic was located at the old King Street Mall for 12 years before relocating to our current location at the Hillside Centre in 2005.
My wife, Joanne, and I met in dental school 27 years ago. She is employed by the federal government as a fly in dental surgeon to the remote areas of northern Alberta. When not providing dental services, we divide our time between residences here in Spruce Grove and Scottsdale, Arizona.
It has been a privilege and pleasure to spend my entire professional career here in Spruce Grove. I will be continuing a part time private practice schedule while also returning to teaching in the Department of Dentistry at the University of Alberta.
A big thank you to everyone who has made our practice the tremendous success it has become.
